Clean and super nice staff. Just didn’t like the no continental breakfast at all, no room service for stays less than 3 days. No extra towels and when asked had to go get them instead of them bringing to our room
I think a 4 star review is perfect for this spot! It is continently located slightly off 95 while also being closely located to the hustle and bustle of downtown Portsmouth. Also close enough to cross the bridge over into Maine so great spot for tourists to visit both Portsmouth and Maine. Staff was friendly and welcoming both during check-in and check-out as well as a friendly bartender at their in house bar/restaurant. They also mentioned a shuttle available to bring you around the area that is a great addition. The hotel bar being open for a late night drink or in our case a slice of cheesecake was perfect. For the room sake it was decent and kinda what you’d expect. Nothing over the top but comfortable enough for a night. The bed was a little shorter than I expected and I say that as someone not really that tall so keep that in mind. Overall a solid spot to stay if you want to be around Portsmouth but not my favorite hotel I have stayed at.
After a very long road trip of over 1500 miles in one day, I stayed here for a night. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and very kind. They showed compassion for how tired I was after the long road trip I just took, and were very helpful when I asked for food recommendations nearby. The room was spacious, super clean (and I mean incredibly clean like you would expect from a Marriott standard), bed was comfortable, shower supplies were plentiful, etc... I have nothing bad to say about this place. It was truly great. Thank you so much for the 5-star experience.
Quiet, but the rooms are a bit outdated. Ample parking and you’re a quick 5 min drive to downtown Portsmouth.
Great location in Portsmouth, NH, for easy access to Maine! Dog friendly, gym access, pool, and kid-friendly!! Bang for your buck. Rooms are a little tight but generally maintained well. Staff can be hit or miss in terms of hospitality and treatment, but other than that, liked my stay.
Okay Google, Omg! Loved my stay hear. Swam in the pool a little bit and chlorine not too strong. Sometime it's better to be alone No one can hurt you

This is a really nice hotel. They have FREE parking! It was our first time staying here. The rooms are super clean and spacious. Our room seemed like it was recently renovated. It looked exactly like the pictures we saw online. We didn’t eat on the property. This was our 10th time visiting Portsmouth and we will continue to stay at this property for our future visits. Staff was very nice and above all, my kids had fun!
